What is the Company’s strategy to increase shareholder value?

Since 2012 the Company has become a fully reporting SEC Company, the shares are now DTC eligible, a reverse split has been effected and management has participated in a US road show to meet potential investors. All these endeavours are aimed at improving shareholder value. What new products does the Company plan to introduce?

The Company plans to launch a variety of products this year including new body armour (hard shell and soft-shell protectors), as well as new neck braces. The Company’s research and development team is also working on other products which we expect to introduce in the near term.

How many distributors does Leatt have worldwide?

The Company sells its products through approximately 60 distributors worldwide. The Company distributes directly to retailers in South Africa through its South African branch and directly to retailers in United States through its subsidiary Two Eleven Distribution, LLC.

How do I make my stock certificate ready to sell?

You can take/send your certificate to a licensed broker-dealer, who will verify it, perform the necessary due diligence and then digitize the certificate for easy sale when you wish to trade the shares. A licensed broker-dealer or a brokerage firm should be able to assist and advise you.
