LEATT announces date for the release of First Quarter 2015 results, Conference Call and Webcast, and dates / cities for four-day US Roadshow

LEATT ANNOUNCES DATE FOR THE RELEASE OF FIRST QUARTER 2015 RESULTS, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST, AND DATES / CITIES FOR FOUR-DAY US ROADSHOW

CAPE TOWN, South Africa (May 8, 2015) Leatt Corporation (OTCQB: LEAT), a developer and marketer of protective equipment and ancillary products for all forms of sports, especially extreme high-velocity sports, announced today that it plans to release its results for the 2015 first quarter, on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Leatt’s management team will host a conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results on the same day at 11:00 am ET.

The company also announced it would be meeting with investors, family offices and analysts in the US in the following cities on the indicated dates:

New York – May 18
New York – May 19
Boston – May 20
San Francisco – May 21
